Big big game, a sold out bramall lane which is a very rare thing in itself for this one. Fleck is still suspended and brooks ill so it's still a weak looking midfield but they stood up to the task at Aston villa and can come out of that with plenty of confidence. Sunderland have been diabolical this season so I'm hoping that continues. We've conceded the 1st goal in our last 5 matches which really isn't helping matters at all so an early goal please and I fancy a win.

Blades 1-0 Sunderland (30,876) 2233 away. Basham to score

Sunderland haven't been as awful under Coleman by you've been strong at home for 2 years, fancy a 2-0.

I think he has won 2 drawn 2 lost 2 so a slight improvement. Early goal I feel we can boss the game but if they score 1st it could be like the Brum game.

A really comfortable/ easy win.

Sunderland started on the back foot just putting loads in defence seemingly playing for a 0-0 draw.
When we scored Sunderland offered no reaction and the game was affectively over even at 1-0.

The bit I found weird is that at 1-0 down Sunderland were still packing their defence and seemingly happy to keep the score down. Then at 2-0 down, again no reaction. If I didn’t know better it was as though half the Sunderland team had put a bet on a 3-0 home win.

Thought today wasn’t about us being so good, it was more about Sunderland being surprisingly poor. They reminded me of a mid table league 1 team. In fact the mis match affected the atmosphere (which was poor for a 30K crowd) as it became almost too easy, it was like watching an attack versus defense training exercise.

No shots on target and no corners, never looking like scoring means Sunderland are easily the worse side I’ve seen come to BL this season.
