Nope. Not only us, I don't think any English team that is in Europe's A competition are capable of winning it. We have left Benteke, Clyne and Milner out of the game tmr so Rodger's probably thinks the same too.

I'm talking about Liverpool here mate - I'm not sure why you keep trying to drag the discussion back to the teams playing in the elite European competition. It is interesting to note that you disagree with Saltire though - I agree with you, Liverpool are simply not good enough to go far in Europe's B competition.

They aren't Arsenal Steve, they play to win in Europe, always have, always will. Plenty of good teams in it, but its a competition Liverpool could definitely win again

I'm not arrogant enough to suggest they will win every competition they enter - thats for you lot - but they could run well with some luck as is needed in these things.

We get slagged when we show no confidence in the team and slagged when we do. Can't win it seems. Got more chance of winning in Europe than the CL English sides anyway.
