Well Robinson finally named the two 'mystery' injuries - midfield anchor Darren Potter and sub goalie Cody Cropper. In previous years Potters absence has left a huge hole in the middle of the park but at least there is now a natural replacement in Poyet. I'm assuming that this will allow Carruthers to drop back which is a good thing as he doesn't look really comfortable in the number 10 role.

On paper Boro will tear us a new one, but the more defensive setup seen away from home should keep it out of embarrassing territory.

3-0

But despite that....I think this will be an interesting game. MK looking better than on paper and Boro looking worse.

Accepting a convincing defeat and the only thing I realistically hope to take away from it is Gallagher or Church to finally open their account. I'd take a 5:2 drubbing happily if those two finally got off the mark. If ever a pair needed a goal...
