Yes, we know that's what Parkinson will be setting us up, but what about your lot? ;)

Well according to the Vale lot we set up with 'spoiling' tactics today, so I'd imagine we'd do the same again. I bet we can spoil it worse than you can.

I've never really seen your lot set up to spoil. In fact, I've always thought that Gillingham were a pretty decent footballing side. Vale fans though eh?

We don't tend to! We try to play if we can, and we're capable of good stuff. We were missing 3, arguably 4 of our starting line up today (Loft, McDonald, Aaron Morris and Osadebe) so a point there is decent. Especially against Barcelo-vale

I've never met a vale fan in real life but going by their internet fans, what a bunch of moaning gimps.

Gillingham got six or seven yellows today... All conceded in their defensive half... Facts speak for themselves.

Protecting what could be a valuable away point, that's fine by me. Better than getting stupid yellows for dissent or whatever.

I don't think Gillingham will be the first or last team to adopt similar tactics. Every team in the country has done it, frustrating I know but sometimes you just have to suck it up.

I'll be happy if we keep our unbeaten start going. Tough place to go is Bradford.

A draw will do me. 1-1. Probably Dack willl get ours, but be nice to see Luke Norris on the scoresheet.

If Williams starts in goal, I can't see us keeping a clean sheet and we'll inevitably concede a soft, soft goal to Gillingham's first shot on target. Saying that, Brad Jones may well make his debut, it may be too early for him but it's surely when not if he becomes first choice.
Billy Clarke is out with a knee injury, I rate Clarke and he probably gets the ball down and carries it better than anyone else we have centrally which is something we need to balance the hoof.
Out selection wise must go liability Routis and this dire diamond formation at home - will Anderson or Marshall be fit to start? Neither offered much from the bench on Saturday, Luke James or Knott are more likely to come in but the balance of the midfield is still being worked out.

Predictions - Score draw again, 2-2

Williams
Darby McArdle Sheehan Meredith
Anderson James Liddle Morris
Hanson Davies

We can't start with Davies and Hanson upfront again. It's fucking ridiculous - absolute no pace from either of em! John Egan will relish the arial battle, that's for sure.

If I had it my way, I'd drop Hanson and start with Davies and Luke James upfront. It'll never happy in a month of Sunday's because the Hanson can't do anything wrong, oh and he scored against Villa, didn't you know?

PP needs to get the balance right, and whilst I applaud him for persisting with diamond, only do so if you're going to play some football..don't if you're gonna go route one all fucking game.

Routis needs dropping, I fail to see what he gives us. He's incredibly wasteful at times.

Anderson, Knott and Morris all need to start in a 4-4-2.

Williams

Darby-McArdle-Sheehan-Meredith

Anderson-Liddle-Knott-Morris

Davies - James

We need a win to settle us.

Plymouth and Bradford on successive Tuesdays, the odometer on the team bus is getting a good workout.

We will accept any number between 1 and 3 points.

Bradders fans, is there any online commentary from your end we can tune in to?

We don't have radio coverage for away games this season sorted out yet (unless you want to pay for gillsplayer, which I don't).

I don't think you'll be able to, Bantams Player has the online rights to radio coverage. 'Pulse 1' is the station who commentate on the game if you can somehow find an app/stream which can get around it, if not TalkSport will kick in at 7:45 when listening online

We're leading 1-0 at half time. Don't deserve it.

Lead in all 3 league games and end up losing.

Negativity is to blame, and it all falls down to one thing, Mr Parkinson.

Time to go Parkinson. Prehistoric tactics, defenders in midfield, midfielders in defence, shit signings.

I didn't see tonight's game but Parkinson's teams always remind me of Peter Taylor's, kind of organised, extremely defensive but totally toothless. Tactics are usually wrong too without the ability to switch it up. How long are Braford's fans going to put up with it, especially considering there was another decent attendance tonight?

Decent result for us.
