Acceptable result, but that really was a dire game of football. We literally had no creativity going forward whatsoever. Two poor performances in a row, following some decent ones recently. Who are the real Bristol City?

As for Villa, a team on paper that should be up there but they barely strung 3 passes together. They were crap, luckily for them so were we.

1 win in 9, and that was against a piss poor Rotherham team. Not good enough. No direction, and another season in the championship.

We weren't very good at all, Taylor was good, guessing he went off cause he was on a yellow. Can't think of any more standouts which isn't like us at all really, maybe weiman2but only cause of the energy he has. Diediou offered nothing when be came on, nor did pato again.

As for villa, they didn't deserve to go in level, were much better after half time so no complaints with the draw. Kodjia was shocking, surprised he stayed on as long as he did. Surprised Tammy was subbed, him and freakish were villas most dangerous players.

Growing up in the early 2000s I dreamed of playing the likes of Villa in front of 25,000 at Ashton Gate.
The reality is totally dull in all honesty.

It’s never what it’s cracked up to be. If you ever get in the prem, you’ll realise this even more.

Strange that isn't it. I loved going to the gate back in the early 2000s under Danny Wilson but would have killed to be in this division. It was the holy grail. Now it's all a bit meh.

Interesting to see Bruce blaming the officials and claiming his team deserved to win. Desperate times for a man that has done a rotten job with such a strong squad and will be lucky to see Christmas.
