Biggest game of the season for us so far - 24th vs 23rd, both teams in pretty woeful form.

Was slightly more upbeat on the weekend after our respectable point gained at Ipswich, but in context the same problems still existed - as yet again, we conceded another two goals.

1-2 - Bryan with our goal.

Hang on, you predicted a win in the October thread!

Home win, Kodija scoring yet again to make me look daft, can see MK hitting rock bottom and stay there.

MK played some nice stuff against Derby, I expect them to get something from this.

1-1

i would love to see a win but i just don't know what is going to happen! we are playing well just not getting the goals or results we deserve, we should have got wins from Derby and Leeds just not clinical enough so fingers crossed for a win. heading down and going to the cricket club i think for a good ol piss up whatever the result, we are in the championship and even if we aren't winning its better than league fecking 1 :2thumb:

Reports from both sides are of playing alright but not taking chances, letting sloppy goals in and just not getting the results to reflect the performances. So there's only one way this is going to go, isn't there? Draw. Which won't be any good for either side

If a City fan had written the same post about us Wilko, it would have still applied.
We will both play well, both deserve to win and both lose.
It's the difference in this division, chances aren't missed as often as downstairs and we will both have to get used to it.

Yep, 1-1 draw with goals from Albie and Maynard to leave both sets of fans grumbling.

Forgot you guys had signed him, that will add a bit of extra spice.

I'd say he's bound to score but not if he handles the stick he'll get as badly as when he came back with West Ham. Absolutely crumbled that night, was subbed off at HT if I remember rightly

F**king Maynard's going to score.

Edit - just saw the posts above. It's inevitable, going to put a few quid on it.

I doubt he'll start. Will probably only get twenty minutes or so.

Bristol City 4 - 1.
Curiously, all five goals to be scored in added-on time. Jantzen Derrick to score twice, Brian Tinnion, Gerry Gow and Connor Lemonheigh-Evans one apiece.

I was very surprised to see the list of players that had 'graced' both AG and Stadio MK (or the NHS) - I guess that's the way of the world now what with the number of loanees. Still quite a list particularly given our relatively short history. A couple of shocking players in here mind:
Nathan Abbey
Sam Baldock
Michael Bridges
Ryan Harley
Nicky Maynard
Michael McIndoe
David Partridge
Jamie Smith
Jordan Spence
James Tavernier
Aaron Wilbraham

People just aren't seeing this game as a go to game, the egg chasing is on in MK tomorrow and a lot of people have tickets, we have QPR and Brighton at the start of next month, with Bristol charging 18 quid for U18 and adults at 30 i think some people would be giving it a miss sadly! Our club was apparently only made aware that this game was all ticket on Monday as well some people might who normally buy on the day will be put off so potentially 147 wasn't far wrong at the time, but it has been pay day since so I'm guessing a few others have been added on. I'm going with 3 others and gunna make good day out of it :2thumb::2thumb:

Have to admit to going to the egg chasing at Stadium mk and then down the pub for the England Australia match.

I would have gone to City any other time as I love the place but the rugby is a one off and I'll probably never go to a world cup match agsin.

Very comfortable first half for us despite not creating that much. Still expecting it to end 1-1 though or worse! Our defense is shite and they still have Maynard to bring on.. :(

Thoroughly deserved. We are fucking abysmal.

So disillusioned with this club since May. Getting everything we deserve.

It must be frustrating for Bristol City. Shown they have so much money available for transfers and the lack of business on that front is really costing them. Whether be down to the manager, scouting system or the owner, somebody needs to take the blame for the transfer window as it looks set to ruin your hopes for the season.

It's a shame, Bristol City had great potential to be up there this season, but because of a lack of investment it seems to be wasted.
