Cambridge united travel to Wales tomorrow night to take on Newport county. The match is being played on a Monday because of NATO.
Chris zebroski could make a return for Newport but it's unlikely that Justin Edinburgh will make a change to the side that beat Portsmouth last time out. Cambridge united will be forced to find a new holding midfielder after tom champion was ruled out for 6-8 weeks. Filling in for him will either be Issaga diallo or Liam Hughes with Josh Coulson taking the armband. Harrison dunk is also available for the U's. Ryan Bird could also make his first appearance since making a perminant move to the Abbey.
This game should be a win for the Amber Army, however Newport will be boosted by the news of Champions injury. Both sides will be high on confidence with Newport coming of the back of a 1-0 win vs title contenders Portsmouth and Cambridge's 5-0 thrashing of Carlisle. I predict 1-0 Cambridge.
