Changes to Handball and penalty rules?

No "deliberate handball" to be introduced? - not sure if that will work out well as attackers will just for the arms of a defender.

Also not so keen on the idea of no rebound from a penalty - could cause a bit of chaos.

Encroachment is down to the officials to stop/prevent.

I'm torn on the penalty rebound rule because I really, really wanted Pogba to miss against Everton after his silly run up. And when he did, my delights were short lived when he tapped it in afterwards.

Regarding handball, I think handballs shouldn't be allowed when it's by Ashley Young in the penalty box when Man Utd are already 2-0 down. But that's just me.
