FIFA have banned Chelsea from signing players in the next two transfer windows for breaching rules in relation to youth players.

They will probably get it reduced or able to buy in the summer on appeal but bad news if not at a time when Chelsea need squad investment.

As Super Horns says, likelihood is it'll get reduced or overturned on appeal.

Even if it doesn't, it might actually be a decent opportunity for them to develop the promising players they already have at the club and it might end up working in their favour.

Losing Hazard would be obviously be a concern though, as there's no way he's getting replaced.
