There is a video that has been posted on youtube claiming to be from a group called the Chesham Ultras, supposedly a group of football hooligans from Chesham. Someone said it might have been made by fans of St Albans FC for a bit of a laugh. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks.

Yes, I think you're probably right. It was really dead-pan at first and then it quickly became very bizarre.
