Post your shitties.
Here is my first one:
I started on a custom map from the workshop of an island. Wasn't perfect and the silly person who created it made the highways the wrong way round. Anyway, my first square of the map gave me a nice place to build a neighbourhood on the hills which this shot is mainly of. On the other side of the highway was my ugly industrial area. In the distance you can see an even uglier industrial island with all the factories / incinerations plants / landfills. The beach bit sucks butts.
A view down on of the streets:
And another:
As I extended further inland, and started building more ambitious areas, I decided I wanted some parks, but the ingame ploppable squares didn't really excite me, so I decided to make my own:
And another:
Throughout you can probably see I'm zoning everything to within an inch of its life. Traffic built up horribly. I have no room to expand my industrial areas, or to improve my road system in the current areas. Highway looks like it was drawn on by a child. So I decided to retire this city before I could even come up with a name for it. RIP < - >
Started my new city on one of the default maps (Black Woods). Aiming for it to be much more aesthetically pleasing and with room for expansion and improvement in everything I build. Seem to have spent more time placing trees than anything else. Obviously this is just the first square of the map whereas the one above is using 4 squares.
