Keep an eye on Barrow for family reasons.

None really. I keep an eye on Sheffield United's results but only because I work with a couple of their supporters.

For geographical reasons of where I was brought up, Millwall, Charlton and Welling United. And for where I lived for a while, Hull City.

I wouldn’t look at Welling this year if I was you.

Don't mind seeing Accrington & Morecambe do well, inoffensive.

York - my Dad’s team, God bless him. Got a private box at the old Wembley for a PO final v Crewe in 1993.

Vale - don’t quite know why

Bradford - ditto

A soft spot is an altogether different thing from a 2CW right? If so then it's -

Halifax
Forest
Sheff Weds (as they're my dad's second team)

and Ayr United from the Scottish leagues but that's only cos I wanted to have some interest in the game up north so I chose them.

Lincoln. Somewhere in the back of beyond. The east coasts version of Exeter, but better. Plus their fans that were in my local before the match a couple of years ago were really friendly and their shirts looked like deck chairs.:bg:

Lincoln are about 40 miles from the east coast, is it Grimsby you really like?

Or Boston for non-league. Although not on the coast they are the back of beyond.

Got a good friend who supports Plymouth, so always keep an eye on how they're doing. Also have big soft spots for Morecambe and Sutton United.

Also Carlisle United, cos I remember when we won the League 1 title they played us on the final day at Carrow Road and their fans stayed to applaud during the trophy celebrations even though they probably had a 5+ hour journey back to Carlisle ahead. Well, the fact they beat us 2-0 may have helped, I suppose.

Yeah I think we're as close to Nottingham as we are the coast! Quicker to get to Notts as well I suspect.

To some extent, Plymouth as my late uncle was a dedicated Pilgrims fan despite moving to the Midlands many moons ago to be with family. This has no reflection on some of the green army regs who frequent TFF however.

Surprised Robie has not posted in here yet, he plays hard to get but its clear that he has a soft spot for the mighty blues.

I think it's probably a case of the underdog effect, as I probably got as invested in your promotion charge last season as I was in Norwich's, particularly enjoying watching you complete the job with that win against Hartlepool. That said, Sutton was definitely a stronger case of that than normal, so we'll see how well it lasts beyond this season.
