I'll ignore the bait but you've got yourselves a decent keeper there.

Think him and Rowe must have had a falling out as he rarely let us down in games bar the odd one and which keeper at this level doesn't?

Luke Summerfield has signed on for another year. Know he was hit and miss with Wrexham fans before he joined us but he really makes us tick..

No we liked him, but he was never the same player for us after he got injured midway through the season. Seems he's over that issue, and good on him.

He gets a bad rap from our fans but I think they are unfair. First season he was pretty poor, but second season one of our better players imho

Rhys Browne always seems play well enough down here to warrant a good go at EFL level but never seems to quite stay there long enough.

Mauro Vilhete has signed a two year deal after impressing since he joined late last season.

Is he the RB that came through Barnet's youth system and their fans raved about him but never actually got a decent move for one reason or another?

Smith's a solid 'keeper for this level. Comfortable in possession, good distribution and a decent shot stopper. Probably a bit quiet for a 'keeper, he just goes about his business in an unfussy way.

Ex wrexham captain Robbie Evans has signed for Alfreton from Curzon Ashton. Will be a good signing for them, NLN is probably his level now, we pinned too much on him at too young an age

Bit of a mix really. The 2 names you'll recognise will be Kennedy and Obeng, and Danny Whitaker will be playing again. After that there's some from a league or two higher, but then also ones that seem to be the top performers at the same level. Also weirdly a few more southern based players which seems strange but they seem to have decent pedigree.

Finding it quite hard to get excited with knowing absolutely nothing about them!! 2 or 3 more yet to come in. Some people stupidly think one will be Durrell!!

First friendly next week so we'll see how things go.

Sam Minihan is still with us yes. Club legend now. Brilliant player competing with Macauley Southam-Hales for the RB/RWB spot. Both good enough for the FL for sure.

Nyal Bell was released this week after being with us for 3 seasons.

He was in the middle with Berrett who was terrible.

Never set the world on fire, but was a grafter who always gave 100%

The 33 year-old started his career at Sporting Lisbon, and made 25 appearances for League Two side Oldham last season.

rumoured to possibly be signing Brad Barry from us too - he's been offered a new deal with us - but his Mrs has just had their 1st kid, so he may want to stay closer to home - which you can understand. We're still trying to keep him though.

That's a surprise. Barry wasn't any good when we had him on loan. Kinnear was manager then.

We’ve retained Toby Edser, and bought in Giles Phillips from Wycombe & Jayden Harris from Fulham, both on 2 year deals.
