Rooney was subbed on by Solihull at Crabble last Saturday.
Ah, there was talk of St Johnstone signing him and I thought I saw a sighting of him on the BBC highlights. Wikipedia states that he has only played 3 matches for Solihull.

Anthony Jeffrey's left Wrexham.

Free to a good home (extortionate food budgets may be required).

One of the very worst players we’ve had in this league and we’ve had hundreds.

Might be a good player in 1 of the feeder leagues with his pace, but will probably be signed by Maidenhead or someone looking for NL experience

Still only 26 [age] Will be up to 26 teams before long

We have very strong starting wingers right now, if he's average to poor he's not making the matchday squad.

Barnet have signed Courtney Baker-Richardson on loan for the rest of the season from us. Got injured as soon as he joined us so hasn't yet played a single minute.

Stones sign winger Deshane Dalling on loan from QPR and keeper Harry Isted returns on loan from Luton until the end of the season.

Alty have finally signed a striker !

Joe Piggot from Wigan. Had him on loan 2 years ago and he scored 4 in 6 games then got injured.
After that he had a loan at Stockport and scored on debut.
He is fit now and wants to play and progress here, he is young (21), hungry and just what we need.

He looked handy in the NLN the 1 time I saw him. Scored a worldie as well but can't remember who against.

Got injured shortly afterwards and went back to Wigan.

decent player, quick and does ok in footballing teams - his girlfriend is a stunner too....

Carringtons missus will have competition then :)

general consensus is that he is a good upgrade on Jeffrey, although we are worried that our amazing management team will coach any skills he has out of him!

We’ve signed left back Jordan Barnett from Oldham until the end of the season. Probably more of a squad option than someone who’ll be a regular, but we needed some cover there with McCrory out for the season and Chicksen wanting to leave (a rare miss for Ardley in the transfer market he’s been).

Signed Tyler French from Bradford. Was on loan at relegated FLYDE last season.

Apparently he plays right-back which is good because we've only got about 17 players who can play there already.

Very solid acquisition, a bit of a fans favourite and will be remembered well for the part he has played over the last 18 months or so. League 2 at times looked a step too far unfortunately but I hope he does well for you.

Adi Yussuf has cancelled his loan with us, after being offered a permanent contract elsewhere.

our top scorer, but best of a bad bunch? now we have to try and wheel and deal in the free transfer market to replace him

And we've sent two of the youngsters out on loan. So we actually leave the transfer window with a smaller squad than when we went in.

Wrexham fc ladies and gentlemen.

Good striker Yussuf, he’ll be decent whoever he signs for.

Let’s be honest next season we are going to be attracting a much higher class of player so not too fussed. We just need Keates to be sacked now.

i'm probably totally wrong as usual - but i suspect he might end up with a mutually terminated contract at Blackpool - then end up with a team like us....

in fairness, no player at this level is irreplaceable

I think that's whats happened. Two years deal at a club in our league is the rumour though.

We weren't going to be signing him permanently, Blackpool want rid so it makes sense for him. Leaves us a bit light though unfortunately, and no real time to bring in a replacement.

He doesn't put much effort in and we've had far better strikers over the years but he's a natural goalscorer and at present I can't really see who our main goal threat is.
