We signed him last season. Can't even tell you the reason why. Didn't play a single game and went to Dover after a couple of loan spells.

Was brilliant at Farnborough in 10/11 but seems to have been dreadful since.

To be fair, I have only been in here a few weeks and already love it compared to the league 2 forums. The fans here have so much more passion and knowledge, yet still all get on so much more, a breath of fresh air

Making a step up to a much bigger club though will have its influences. I hope he does well, he's a local lad. Gravesend or Dartford I believe, just don't think he's that great.

That's fair enough, appreciate the input. Although our defence was that bad last season that even Douglas Bader would've improved it to be fair

He was the best of a bad bunch last year and the one we all wanted to sign as he is league standard, which surprised us all the more that he dropped 2 levels but he will be outstanding in that league I would think. Great in the air in both boxes, and makes a lot of last ditch tackles and clearances, although we were never sure if this was because he hadn't read the danger in the first place

Would have kept him too, but he sadly never recovered from that injury he picked up. He was also a player who was very good on perfect pitches (like ours in the first half of the season) and then pretty ineffective on the poor pitches, which I imagine Boreham Wood's is, so I can't see him doing great there.

Seems like a decent signing then. Believe his family wanted to move South anyway, but I imagine we'll be matching what you played with a few incentives thrown in.

I was hopeful that we'd get Moke back after he was here two years ago. We need some new faces in central midfield now that we've lost Turnbull and Whitehead. Decent player Moke, if very frustrating as at times (as most wingers are at this level most of the time). Boreham Wood must be throwing money at it.
