With all these unsavoury allergations about a youth coach in the 80's. And everyone at the club denying any knowledge of what has happened, how will Crewe Alex as a club come out of this? I mean, will this damage the clubs reputation beyond repair?

Graham Rix managed Portsmouth and Oxford after he came out of prison and that didn't damage their reputations though I'm sure it formed added material for Southampton and Swindon fans' jokes. Not sure if it's even really remembered these days that those clubs employed a sex-offender. Granted Rix was guilty of having sex with a 15 year old but there was no suggestion that it was abusive and the allegations at Crewe are a bit 'darker' in nature but I think Crewe's repuation will be just fine.
