Our fans getting a tad giddy after Saturday, I shall remain grounded, it is this kind of attitude that has made King Kev such a succesful manager.

Bury 0-1 Newport

Taffs had more energy and pressed really well.
Bury looked good until we scored and then for some reason backed off, failed to really get going again and a draw seems fair to me.

Absolutely dreadful ref.

Not at our best but still did enough to win but some good goalkeeping kept us out. Newport are no mugs judging off last night, they were hardworking organised and very aggressive, we deserved the win but I won't begrudge them a hard earned point.
It is a strange league, look at Macc's result on the back of their first league win last Saturday. In contrast look at Carlisle, lose embarrassingly to rock bottom then draw away at the league leaders.

Just to point out we are on 23 points after three months of the season, we didn't reach that many points last season until mid February.
