Euro 2016 Grandstand sign ups

Sign ups in here please. I will post a full set of rules nearer the time but be in no doubt that this will be very competitive and good fun. You will be in teams (of what number depends on the sign ups).

You won't be picking your own teams. However, in true football style, I will be randomly selecting captains at some point who will pick their teams draft style.

The tournament starts on Friday 10th June so still over 2 weeks until we properly get under way yet. However, there will be a team task a few days before the first match. As I said, full rules in the main game thread which I will create nearer the time will explain all. Just think a mass football quiz and predicting in lots of different formats with a variety of challenges if you're a bit stuck as to what this is.

Deadline for sign ups is Wednesday 1st June, so you have just over a week to sign up. Team drafts will happen on the 2nd/3rd of June with the first task beginning in the coming days afterwards.

In short,

You will be in a team (probably of 4 or 5 members).
There will be two sets of challenges each game week. The first will be an 'advantage round' which if won or placed well will give you an advantage for the actual 'game round' which will be to do with some form of predicting regarding the ongoing Euro 2016 tournament.

Think of the advantage rounds as things like quizzes and games relating to football. The better you do in the advantage rounds, the bigger advantage you get over other teams when making your Euro 2016 predictions each week. The predictions will not be limited to just 'what is the score of this game' (as that would be boring).

It should be fun, very competitive and requiring a real sense of teamwork. I'm really looking forward to running it actually.
