Re. Group D, I see I've ballsed it up and have Croatia to win the group. Am I still in time to change it to England top and Croatia runners up please? No worries if you say no Oaks
I would leave it as it is if i were you, more chance of winning. :)

As for England, well after seeing Italy play so well last night I can't see us doing anything because Southgate is a overly cautious wuss who does not know his starting line up.

It's Roy Hodgson all over again.

Turkey could easily still get through, all 3 teams will lose in Italy and their matches v Wales and Switzerland are in Azerbaijan which is almost a home game for them.

Hope we don’t select underperforming players in place of exciting potential match winners...

Danny Ward was MOTM which probably says it all but Wales will take it.

Can only hope for the best, horrible to see.

Next 24 hours crucial but thank god that it seems that the CPR was successful. Official reports saying he’s stable.

Can’t help feeling that the tv coverage was too intrusive and not entertainment...
Pictures of his wife/partner on the side of the pitch in such distress was tasteless at best...

Lineker put out a tweet that agrees with you, but points out they were from Danish TV. I think this is why as soon as the ref and Finnish players left the pitch the BBC went to the studio and then stopped broadcasting.

It's such a shame what happened to Eriksson but so thankful he seems ok. I'm afraid it looks as though Denmarks tournament is probably going to be over soon because without him they will struggle.

Quite - he would have the penalty I suspect as an example.

Let's hope the games tomorrow brings us an exciting match, because so far they've been fairly dross.

One sided or dull.

The Denmark game was shaping up well till the incident happened.

Then even though they played you felt like it was going through the motions naturally.

The last Euros was pretty shit until the knockouts when things began to liven up a bit, I think with there being more groups there is less chance of big nation v big nation, bar the obvious group of course. Plus teams can finish 3rd and still go through so the smaller football nations will be happy to park the bus more like Turkey tried to do last night.

Yes - basically one win and you might get through.

Finland for example probably only need a point.
