I agree that success is achievable for any man with commitment but I'm talking about the bigger picture, how corporate debt is funded by people like me or you. Corporate banksters make bets with non existant liquid capital. When they win they win big, when they loose the government bails them out with public money. It's a lose lose. This is the system.

We need a population who are aware of the inner workings of our economy or simply put we will get abused - as we have been.

Luxury? Maybe up in Aberdeen there is, in that Shangri-La due to oil wealth (nothing to do with Tories that), but there is certainly no luxury in Dundee and the only thing Tories have done is made it worse for people here. We kicked out Thatcher's poll tax, and threw Churchill down the Caird Hall steps and we will do so again in making sure the Tory party has no voice in this city and country - and Eck Salmond will bring them down in the general election as well, so you may as well join UKIP now matey.
