Would the above work at all maybe helping improve decisions in games and even ensure some respect from players and managers?
It's claimed players would understand the game so use more "common sense" rather than sticking to the rules/laws which govern the game
Or would we just seen more claims of bias for and against and actually it would make no difference at all?
Doubt it would appeal to the multi-millionaires of the top level footballer but some in the lower leagues might give it a go..
