Hanley Town vs Brackley Town looks prime contender for the TV game this round. A good few former Stoke players involved at Step 5 Hanley such as Ryan Shotton and Carl Dickinson.

At least one Step 4 team guaranteed in the 4th Qualifying Round thanks to the Sholing-Bedfont tie.

I'm assuming all of us darn sarf are hoping that Jersey make it through to the 4th Qualifying Round? That would be one hell of an away day.

The Jersey v Sutton Common is being played at Sutton because of short notice.

York v Whitby not a bad shout, although probably more likely if Whitby were at home.

If we can get through vs Chester then Marske V Darlo would also have a pretty good chance of being on TV. Could see us taking 1000 or so across to the Teesside coast for the game should we make it.

Maidstone versus Dartford. Try telling me the draw isn’t fixed.

The odds are quite high for NLP teams to get each other.

We had a cup run once. Be nice to have another one day.

Plenty of Lincolnshire teams in that draw, hope they all get through (Boston Utd, Cleethorpes Town, Spalding and Stamford).

My home town club equal there best ever progress by beating Bedworth 3-1 away on Saturday to reach a trip to Stratford in the 4QR

Beaten 3 teams from a step above so far.

Make that two Step 4 (or below) teams due to Ponte Colls v Handsworth.
And make that five Step 4 or below teams guaranteed with the Stamford vs Norwich United, Yate Town vs Redhill ties and Chertsey Town vs SCR/Jersey Bulls

97/98 season was pretty good for cup runs, 4th round of League Cup and 4th round of FA Cup only losing at Anfield and Elland Road and then winning the Auto Windscreens at Wembley.
What a season. :)

Why? We've played each other ad nauseum over the past 15 years. Whilst Marlow have yet to concede a goal in any of their games, they've got to fancy their chances of progression facing a side from a league below at home.

Us versus Bath City would be interesting, no love lost between the clubs historically and they're managed by one of our ex-players jerry Gill.

Yate Town are annoying as they keep using our hashtag on twitter.

I went to watch them the other week against Selston and they look a good side.

A combination of thinking they can beat us and/or a big pay day. That said, others quite rightly say that we would thump them as usual.

Anyone but please. I'm hoping we get Bromley away, Torquay away someone like that. Phil Brown hates the cups, literally makes no priority of it at all, remember him last time round just playing fringe players and some yoofs regardless of opposition. That home loss to Chester in the 1st round was indicative of what Phil Brown thinks of cup competitions.

The last thing we need is someone like Bedfont Sports coming to Roots Hall for what, for them, should be a routine 2-0 win, just heaping more misery and despair on what is becoming pretty fucking unbearable.
The same thing applies to the FA Trophy, although at least with that nobody notices the results.

Is this the 2nd or 3rd qualification round? Either way I hope Chester win so we can play them. Haven't had a derby for a long time now
