we were excellent today played them off the park should of been more! some manager paul cook,we need to keep powell if we go up build a team around him next season and with new owners close to coming in who knows what we could do! things are looking up! on nathan byrne..what a player! its like they have all hit a new gear....

Top class mate. Cook is a full back whisperer. Some of Byrne’s crosses today would make Beckham proud. Really hopeful about next season if the new owners back Cook in the summer. He’s ten times the manager Caldwell was.

Players were never the issue last season. Terrible managers, poor coaching methods a lot of which had a big impact behind why we picked up so many injuries and it cost us, at one point 17 players were out at once. Managers falling out with and sending key players out on loan was also a disgrace. Appalling transfer windows, signing 11 piss poor players was it on deadline day last season and all have gone already.....

Cook is a far better manager than any we've had for many years and a very good coaching set up now. Training is vastly improved, players look fitter and injuries have massively reduced.

Grigg back to full fitness for the first time in 18 months has been great, Powell able to play regularly and Byrne and Morsy not being out on loan too.

This squad of players is more talented than the one that won this division with 100 points 15 years ago. Keep this squad and the whole coaching staff together and with a bit of investment from the new owners I reckon we could have some very good times ahead.

We were outstanding today all over the pitch. West Ham bringing on a 35m player at half time and Power and Morsy who worked so hard all game didn't give him a sniff.
