So the 2 best supported clubs in history in the North West clash at Wembley once again. United on a good run and look to be favorites for this...........but they was last time they met here and Everton just walked the game in penalty shoot out.

I'm going for a boring 4 - 3 to the people's club.

Glad to see this is a kopite free zone............anyway looks like it will be an easy win for the mancs here...........or will it............never back a scouser into a corner they say we will fight you like a fatman will for a gingsters...............i reckon United will come out all guns blazing as we have literally no defenders fit whatsoever accept Baines and he wont want to mess his hair up............so it's counter attack or bust for us...........the little Spaniard has to play Delefeou and i hope we can pinch a goal or 9 on the break.............cmon you blue boys !!!!!!!!!

Who do you expect to play in defence for you? Hearing Jagielka is definitely out and Stones is unlikely. Time for Hibbert to get his first goal?

Stones will play alongside 2 kids and Baines

or

He'll play Besic or Barry ( if fit ) alongside stones with Baines LB and Pennigton / Holgate on right?

not a clue what will happen in reality, it's not going to pretty anyway.

We will have to play as the away team on the break which strangely might suit us.

I expect to lose like 99.9% of all other Blues however.

I don't think it'll be as straight forward as a lot of people seem to think, Everton will want to give a good account of themselves after the midweek humiliation and players like Deulofeu, Barkley and Lukaku are more than capable of causing us problems. We did the double over Liverpool in the league and they knocked us out of that 2nd rate uefa cup thing, done the double over Everton in the league and....

De Gea, Fosu Mensah, Smalling, Blind, Rojo, Carrick, Fellaini, Lingard, Rooney, Martial, Rashford

I would not have predicted that team. Our better attacking performances generally come when Herrera starts.

Possibly the 433 again, possibly the usual 4231.

Either way Carrick and Fellaini in midfield together isn't ideal to say the least.

They did pretty well against West Ham but they had Herrera to do all the running, Rooney won't be able to play like that.

Everton will be up for this, they gave up in the league a couple of months ago. They weren't at all impressive going into the Chelsea clash and Lukaku streamrolled them. I can see this going to a replay, Jagielka is a big boost for Everton.

1-1.

So Fellaini starts as a number 10 with Rooney in midifield while actual midifielders and footballers sit on the bench.

Sums up why Van Gaal needs to go regardles of if we can sneak top 4 or the fa cup

Oh wow, what a dreadful bit of play by Lukaku. Horrible first touch and the "finish" once he rounded De Gea wasn't much better. Great back checking by Rooney though.

Brainless Barkley, doesn't even look for other players in the box. If he had a brain he'd be dangerous, in a good way.

Apparently I'm stuck in the 90s, I genuinely had no idea. I always just think of that Giggs goal vs Arsenal in that semi-final replay.

Haha yes, Fellaini! Everton don't have a clue what to do with Martial, easily the best player on the pitch.

That was simply dreadful defending - no-one bothered to tackle Martial or pick up Fellaini.

Great save by De Gea, extremely harsh penalty call.

Macclesfield Town/Manchester City. It's complicated.

Thought it was a penalty myself. He got the ball but took the man just after with the other leg

Agreed - getting the ball doesn't mean a penalty can't be given.
