I’ve written a piece about the renowned Italian stadium architect Pier Luigi Nervi.

In addition to being responsible for the Stadio Artemio Franchi (Fiorentina) and Stadio Flaminio (Roma, Lazio) he was also commissioned to build a stand for Swindon Town back in 1963. However, his futuristic designs never made it off the drawing board...
