Karl Robinson has promised 'big changes' for this one - if those include having more than 3 shots on goal I'm all for it. Reports suggest that the treatment room will be deserted for the first time in a long while so potentially Upson, Reeves and Church could be considered.

Considered then rejected I hope.

Kay and McFadz have been doing an OK job this year and although Upson is quality, he hardly adds pace in the heart of the defence where it's sorely needed. Reeves looked way way off the pace when he came on for the last 20 minutes on Tuesday and I'd hope that he isn't rushed back for a full 90 as that's been disastrous for him in the past. Church was doing OK before his injury but Maynard looks sharper each game and actually has some idea of where the old onion bag is.

It's not like Forest are ripping up any trees (see what I did there) so I'm expecting a very low scoring game with a balls up proving fatal.

Pretty much how so many of our games are panning out right now. Gift a goal or two then struggle to get back in the game. Plenty of chances but little clear cut ( aside from Maynard's penalty miss)

There were spells when we were dominant and stretching Forest all over the shop, but that said, if it had been four nil at half time then we couldn't have argued.

We're looking very attractive to watch right now, but without being more clinical in both boxes then the pattern of today is just going to be repeated. We need a quick centre half in quick if we want to give them the licence to get involved creatively from the back. We need bigger, physically stronger, players at the top end too.

Gutted as it looks like Pinillos is done for the season. Cohen due to return soon, so we have a replacement but still.
