Visited my quack yesterday and got told my BP had gone back up way too high and ditto my cholesterol which was 6.9. Apparently I now have a 25% chance of a 'cardiac event' within the next 10 years. Fucking happy Xmas!

Thing is changing my diet allied to start taking statins would make all the difference.

Do I start now or after my usual Xmas blow-out. I need to cut out alcohol, all the sugary good stuff and fatty foodstuffs. Sounds delightful.

Anyone got the address for Dignitas?

Have a fun xmas but then concentrate on eating actual natural food once it's out the way. It'll be processed food causing you damage. Eat natural brother.
