How do you rate Gareth Ainsworth as a manager?

I wanted him out halfway through last season as i didn't think he'd keep us in The Football League and still wanted him out at the end of the season where we stayed up on goal difference that sent Bristol Rovers down instead of us He's changed tactics this season with the ball played on the floor instead of hoofball we had before and brought in some superb signings such as JoeJacobson,Alfie Mawson and veteran Paul Hayes. The club rate him highly that's why he's just been given a 5 year contract extension to put other clubs off poaching him.
