I do struggle to understand why someone would buy a lower league club if he wasn't a fan. When I see what happened to Portsmouth, Plymouth, Luton, Leeds and others who were basically asset stripped or totally mis managed it is always the fans who have to put up with the shit. Fair play the clubs that have bounced back but I do worry that at some time we are going to lose clubs completely. I don't have a lot of faith in the 'fit for use' crap the FA check the potential owners with.

It's good to hear of a foreign owner doing well with the club as Wednesdays seems to be, hopefully more will arrive with money and invest in the smaller clubs but I just can't see it. There is going to be one huge gap between the rich and poor clubs soon enough.
