Why would he leave Dortmund for Liverpool? It's a massive step backwards.To leave a club the size of Dortmund he's going to want somewhere he can compete year in year out for trophies.

I can't see the Arsene FC board muster up the bollocks between them to sack Wenger and with Klopp putting it out that he isn't looking to take any time out of the game, it seems an unlikely destination as it stands. Otherwise, they're a great fit.

Couldn't say to be honest as I've not paid much attention to Serie A. I guess City with their youth facilities could be an attractive proposition actually, he'd fit the bill perfectly for a long term plan where he can build the team.

We've competed for more titles than Dortmund in the last couple of years, so it's hardly a step back

But you're right, i doubt we'll let go of Rodgers.

this is why i'm hoping we get Klopp if we indeed do decide to part ways with Pellegrini. The guy has a good history of using youth and bringing it through into the first team. this is exactly what we need to start doing right now.

Blanc has done very well with PSG and has delivered trophies. And plays a good style of football.
Klopp is pretty much the same. Both unproven outside of their countries too.

Blanc has PSG 2nd in what is now a 1 horse race, after spending ridiculous amounts, failing FFP & having a far stronger squad than the rest of Ligue 1. Klopp won two titles in a 1 horse race not being that horse & got to a CL final in the era of sovereign wealth bankrolling clubs & Real & AC being dominant. Thay've had a poor season after years of having his best players bought by their main rival, amazingly it's took effect.

What Klopp's achieved outstrips Blanc by any measure.

Telegraph seem to think West Ham are showing some interest (which is all well and good of course), but I reckon Klopp could do worse. Steady Premier League side with a big chance to progress thanks to the new stadium in a couple of years, and the fans would probably actually take to him as well.
