Shame Reid never pushed on after a bright start to last season, he faded while Bryan improved a lot, hopefully Plymouth will help Reid's development

I find it ridiculous when you think that this time last year we had 1 striker (McLeod) and about 4 wingers. You can see why we are more confident this year even without Afobe as we finally have strength in depth and with quality players too. Seems we are really going for it this season and spending money to an extent (yes Bish we actually are this season) with Keith Andrews also due to sign.

No doubt that despite the 13 attacking players we have, we will now fail to score tomorrow...

Rumour has it Mathieu Baudry is off to Luton. I hope not, I would like to see him starting, not fourth choice as he currently is. IMO was our best defender last season, far too good for League Two.

its a rumour I've seen mentioned a lot. Pretty sure its a large fee but don't know the exact amount. Imagine we'd be willing to pay over the odds for him purely for the lift he'd give the club and his cult hero status from his last spell here, that's worth as much to the club as his obvious ability imo.

I'd be pretty happy with that. They should try push the boat out and sign Johnson permanently, he's only a few months left on his contract.

As I said yesterday before the crash, compared to their times at Orient, Allsop is the superior goalkeeper.

Don't get me wrong, he's a perfectly average mid table League One goalkeeper. Has a mistake in him, but at this level what keeper doesn't? Don't think I'd take him back though, I prefer Gary Woods.

I wouldn't complain, I said we needed another centre back at the start of the season but Huntington has come back into the fold so it seems an odd time to strengthen in that position.

Daniel Johnson would tick a lot of boxes, a player with genuine quality and pace.
