Just missing hatters in Kent
378 according to Fotmob.Just missing hatters in Kent
Gill’s official website now saysGreat following from Wrexham that, decent from Crawley too to be fair.
378 according to Fotmob.
Reports are saying that tickets weren’t scanned as crowds were building up outside the turnstiles and ticket holders let through an exit gate.
Didn’t we take 900 to Mk midweek despite being shit and not having any tourist fans?Great following from Wrexham that, decent from Crawley too to be fair.

We’ve played you on a Tuesday night in league two before, and not in Half Term… completely different draw to the kids when you lie to them and tell them Deadpool might be thereDidn’t we take 900 to Mk midweek despite being shit and not having any tourist fans?
I’d assumed there must have been 5k from Wrexham for MK to declare an attendance of 11k.
So there were 5k “Wrexham” fans there then…We’ve played you on a Tuesday night in league two before, and not in Half Term… completely different draw to the kids when you lie to them and tell them Deadpool might be there
For Artell's first match? Hmmm, no it was more like 500 I think if my memory serves me right. However if we adopt the same extrapolation that MK Dons used for bums on home seats;record attendance then there were easily a good 1000 or so of us there!Didn’t we take 900 to Mk midweek despite being shit and not having any tourist fans?

610 went in those heady days with the promised land ahead of no more Hurstmehball…For Artell's first match? Hmmm, no it was more like 500 I think if my memory serves me right. We took 900 or so to Oxford in the cup for the next match, maybe that's what you're thinking of?
And 45 minutes into it felt as though a playoff run was maybe on.610 went in those heady days with the promised land ahead of no more Hurstmehball…
People going to see their local football team with their kids... make of that whatever you want.So there were 5k “Wrexham” fans there then…
It is, no matter the circumstances. Got back to Wxm at just before 1am, then did a full day in work today zzz.Hollywood or not, that is a seriously impressive following from North Wales on a Tuesday night.
they did, i was one of them.Reports are saying that tickets weren’t scanned as crowds were building up outside the turnstiles and ticket holders let through an exit gate.
Only doing it to get out grimsby for the day, let’s be realGrimsby averaging over 1,000 whilst being massively shit. Best support in the league.

Agree. Their away support has always been excellent for a club where the shit times outweigh the good times significantly as of late. Not like Grimsby is near anywhere either.Grimsby averaging over 1,000 whilst being massively shit. Best support in the league.
I doubt very much we'll finish above 1000, will end up being more like 850ish I reckon. We've got midweek re-arranged trips to Colchester and Wimbledon coming up soon, Harrogate and Barrow with sub-1000 allocations and Crewe who we traditionally don't travel that well to. Morecambe at the weekend, I remember being in crowds of like 900/1000ish there but I reckon we're probably looking at about half of that this time round. I reckon we'll be on three digits before long. Having said that, if we get sucked into a proper all or nothing relegation scrap then our last few aways should be be pretty big followings.Grimsby averaging over 1,000 whilst being massively shit. Best support in the league.
Yep. We got to the L2 playoff final in 2005/06 and then after that our finishing positions in this division were 15th, 16th, 22nd and 23rd followed by 6 seasons in the NL and then after coming back up for the first time our L2 finishes were 14th, 18th, 17th, 15th and 24th. Then we obviously bounced straight back from the NL and finally attained a top half finish in the fourth tier of 11th place and then now we're back spending pretty much the entire season in about 20th/21st/22nd. The two times in the last few decades that we've been blessed with a hint of momentum/upward trajectory we've fallen smack bang flat on our face. The lower reaches of League 2 are draining and it all feels eerily familiar for us right now so there's a lot of talk of people scaling back on the amount of time/money they invest following the club around. There are only so many times you can get excited about going to Gillingham, Walsall, Mansfield, etc.Agree. Almost sold the 375 extra tickets that went on sale yesterday afternoon. So will be 1375, plus however many travel on the day at Notts this weekend.
Loads of clubs had shit away support compared to their current levels, clubs like Wolves and Birmingham were bringing a few hundred to BP if they weren’t challenging. Even the Sheffield Utd didn’t fill the Osmond a couple of times - unthinkable now. And of course Notts were always pathetic travellers…It’s a strange one our away support as it seems that the shitter we’ve got, the better our away support.
I can remember being in some really sparse away crowds in our Championship days and back then we had some really good teams too, talk about taking it for granted.
Yep I'll have the 1992/93 squad and our 2014/15 fans please. It’s a strange one our away support as it seems that the shitter we’ve got, the better our away support.

Always good to have a pop at not so Top of the Notts…your followings have been very good this season tbf - massive shift from 4 / 5 years ago. Be interesting to see if they stick next season.Well that's an uncalled for and unnecessary pop!
Maybe the big clubs didn't bring many to Blundell Park in the 90s because it was a shit hole then, and has only declined since.
Some clubs are pathetic travellers and others always struggle to get fans to go to their home games.
