That post on Facebook was the wrong number for FGR, and not official.

Happens all the time to be fair! At FGR there has been multiple occasions when our turnstyies. Don’t work and they just announce a ridiculously low figure. I mean our home crowds are crap as it is without that!

Update: FGR official has informed we we had sold 156 tickets by the Friday. You can put 112 on there if you want, but it will be wrong. Yes it’s not a massive difference however 170-odd FGR fans is actually a pretty good effort, considering our away firm and distance to Harrogate.

Sadly not the 3,000 plus we’d normally take on a saturday but still a decent effort

I tried to do a quick and dirty count when I was there - was definitely more in the region of 150+ of us than 110+. Was a bit surprised, frankly, given the distance and the whole shitshow of the past year. But we got something to cheer about for once, so.

Also, absolutely fantastic food at Harrogate: the game pie, wow. Really keeping the better aspects of the non-league experience alive there.

Already took 1700 to Crewe and Grimsby sold out Saturday so good efforts in an expensive month.
