We have apparently made bids for Kane Hemmings and / or Armand Gnanduillet, depending on who (if anybody) you believe.

I would be happy with either, particularly Hemmings.
Id imagine Gnanduillet would attract L1 clubs. We apparently wanted him in L1 when he went to Hearts. I think he would only move to L2 side with a wad of cash (Salford?)

I'll be heartbroken if gibbo goes even if we got an impossible fee. Typifies everything you want as a footballer in lower leagues, never boring, don't know whether he is going to sprint the full length of the pitch, bend one round the keeper, pick out a crazy cross on his left foot or get sent off.

If he were to stay, I know he will become one of the all time favourites for me.

Give us another 2 years gibbo let's have a crack at league 1 together
I will be gutted if he goes, as you say hes one of the best at this level, through the academy and gives everything for the shirt week in week out, but I am comforted that we've at least ensured it wont be critical if he does in terms of our chances this season, might need a right back though for if we play 4 at the back!

Are Walsall likely to pay a fee for anyone realistically? I thought they were a bit short down there (having just paid a fee for a Menayese also?). If we can get a bit of cash though and use that to secure Politic on a perm deal then it's an absolute no brainer!

Really really like the signing of Hussey, though it does leave me suspecting that Gibbons is on his way out. Doubt we'll get a massive fee due to his contract expiring in the summer, however if we can tie any deal to a decent sell on percentage then we could reap the benefits down the line.
No idea on finances mate tbh could be a nothing rumour trying to find out where its come from tbh lol

Tom Billson and Jake Scrimshaw have been recalled by their parent clubs.

Billson was meant to be our number 1 this year but was injured on the first day and hasn't played since so not a big loss.

I really liked Scrimshaw so very disappointed he's gone back, we need strikers desperately now.

Amrit Bansal-McNulty has returned to QPR as his loan at Crawley ends.

Can see him being loaned out again. A quick footed attacking midfielder/no 10 but seems quite small. Could do a job for someone around here.

If you badly need strikers -- Why did you sell Loft to us ?

Because the club is in a desperate financial state, we needed the transfer fee.

It's the reason we pay conference North wages too.

It seems like we may have put an offer in for Connor Hall of Harrogate. Never heard of him but he seems to have played most games for them. No idea if he's any good?

We're about to announce another, suspect it'll be the much rumoured Connor Hall from Harrogate.

Connor Hall confirmed. Looks a solid enough signing.

Leon Legge gone the other way to Harrogate then. Did feel he was becoming surplus to requirements but been a great servant to the club.

Yeah sad to see Leggey go a little bit, he’s been a good servant regardless of the vaccine stuff (which i understand from his POV having epilepsy) and his twitter spat with Piers Morgan the other week!

Good memories, he had Artell on strings!

We’ve gone transfer crazy.

All of the incomings seem better than the outgoings, on paper. It’s nice to see us pinching other teams players and not scraping the barrel for once.

We better go up!

Hope this new centre half is better than that Richard Walker clone we played on Saturday.
Sad to Leon go, spoke to him a few times, a really genuine fella

Jamie Walker confirmed on loan from Hearts. Think this is good.

Strategically announced a few hours before tonight's fans forum in an attempt to shut us up a bit no doubt.

Don’t know if it was a slip up and she meant to say double transfer with Leon going the other way but Carol Shanahan did tweet about a double signing day. Either way this is the most active I’ve ever known us in a January window.

Not a rumour as such, but we have not renewed striker Kieran Agard’s contract. Played at a higher level, but injuries have taken their toll. Did a job for us, but fifth or sixth choice. Three goals in 16. My suspicion is that he would do a good job at a league 2 side looking for a steady, hard working good egg that will help the dressing room with his hard work and very positive outlook.

If there are any teams wanting a striker we've just released Kieran Agard.
Yes we need one.

Be unfortunate if that were to happen but end of the day he is your player. Whether there is a end date in the loan agreement as to when you can recall him I genuinely don't know. Think one problem aside from there appears to be somewhat of a frosty relationship between him and Evatt is Politic himself is nursing a groin injury at the moment. That's why he only played 30 minutes against Brentford and DC has said they are going to manage him carefully this week in training.
