Cardiff will face Leeds on Saturday with no travelling support after a mix-up in the amount of tickets being given left the City fans refusing to travel to Yorkshire. Last time the two sides met the Bluebirds walked away with a 3-1 victory in South Wales last November. City have avoided defeat in the last 16 meetings between the sides, last losing in 1984 back in the old division two. Cardiff lost 3-0 to Bolton on Monday for their first defeat in five matches. Leeds last won last month against Fulham, putting three goals past the Cottagers in that game.
Cardiff will be without strike partners Alex Revell and Kiko Macheda with both enduring a Back injury at the moment. Conor McAleny will have a late fitness test after not fully recovering from a Leg injury, while Ben Turner is definitely available for selection. Giuseppe Bellusci, Billy Sharp and Steve Morrison will all have a fitness test before tomorrows match because of ongoing injuries that all three haven't fully recovered from.
My predicted line up for Cardiff tomorrow is:
01- Marshall
02- Peltier
03- Fabio
05- Manga
36- Morrison
07- Whittingham
11- Noone
18- Adeyemi
21- Ralls
13- Doyle
24- Mason
I think the score for this game will be Leeds 1-2 Cardiff, despite City's poor performance against Bolton, we had been in good form, so even without a single travelling fan the Bluebirds should get the victory.
