Looks like anything less than 3 goals would be a disgrace.

It should be a walk in the park, yeah - Sunderland are really struggling at the moment and I can't see them turning that around at Old Trafford.

Bollocks the size of swollen watermelons.

Darmian at LB and Valencia at RB.

Need a good performance from Carrick, he's been below par lately.

I'm only able to catch bits and pieces of this, family visit.

We've looked pretty average in the moments I've seen.

If you're going to win the quadruple this year you really should be crushing Sunderland already! :hypo:

Nice timing
The point still stands mate, you should be 4 - 0 up at half time against a team like Sunderland if you are to become an all-conquering behemoth ;)

When Blind has a time on the ball, which he gets plenty at CB, he really does deliver some superb passes. Alot of our attacks are initiated by his through or lob balls.

That was awful, every bit as bad as the 1st half vs. Liverpool. We're playing at such a slow tempo.

Yet another lovely pass from Blind to create an opening for that goal. Such a useful player.

Nice play from Martial to set up Rooney. Cannot speak highly enough of this kid, what an impact he's made.

Hope you lads backed yourselves at the bookies.

It was as if Martial used Rooney to ping the ball in the net because he ran out of angle to shoot.

That pass by Blind was brilliant. Looking forward to an Arsenal - United clash where they are both in a title race. It's been awhile.

Juan Mata is doing a good sequence of games. And Martial, despite not scoring, was great again being present to help several sectors with efficiency.

That MOTD editing and analysis of our game was pitiful. It was made to look like a struggle from us when it was anything but.

Yes we didnt blow them away but it was a very comfortable 3 nil win in a game we uttterly dominated. It was just edited to fit the ongoing narrative which is just incredibly harsh and exaggerated.

We bossed the game without getting out of first gear. Sunderland offered absolutely nothing and were lucky they weren't hit for 4 or 5. October is a testing month for us which will show if we're serious title challengers.

Martial is sensational. A real breath of fresh air. Hard to believe he's so young.
