Bowyer makes Cooper seem charismatic - and his football makes Phil Brown's seem dynamic.

That’s exactly who I’d go for too, is it likely?
we probably won't find out any more until Halifax's play off campaign in the NL is over - their 1st match is Tuesday night.

As opposed to Derek Adams, Gary Bowyer was a top bloke and did his best to gel with fans. Unfortunately his football was dire to watch, and despite being in the top 7 or so during his time with us, the fans turned on him and he was sacked.

I get the feeling we're both poised with a contract in hand ready to hoist it on him Wednesday morning.

We are apparently waiting for Notts County to finish their play off campaign before getting permission to speak to Ian Burchnall.

Stockport County.

Strikes me a bit of one of these nu-age coaching conmen him. Read all the books, got all his badges etc. With the squad Notts have they should have challenged us and Wrexham IMO. They even rocked Harry Arter out for 2 or 3 months of the season. I wouldn't rule them out of the play-offs though simply because they do have individual talent. I think they play tonight.

Notts County sacked Neal Ardley for Burchnall who managed to finish higher with Solihull with a smaller (not small) budget.

If Notts go up he'd mad to leave them for Forest Green IMO. Only one division below and Notts have a far bigger fanbase and potential.

Can't see Grayson going to Hartlepoool. Bloke is too busy taking selfies in a Premiere Inn on Mercury.

Nathan Rooney signed a new contract...the Europa League v Crawley. How could he choose European football over us?

The bookies gave now made David Artell as the new favourite...someone must have put a tenner on him. Can't see it myself. Why would he relocate down south for the Crawley role?

Still no real rumours as to who will get it. I'm prepared to be underwhelmed.

Short of saying “I’m outta here” he couldn’t have been any more non committal to staying at Halifax if he had tried in his BT post match interview.

Gonna go full twitter here and say "the eyes emoji."

Seems it's on, but never thought we'd actually be an attractive proposition. It will be first time we've poached a manager since we took Edmo off the Wukkies about ten years ago. That's saying something for us.

Fuck it I can’t be arsed now, just appoint Mr Potato Head from Bromley and let’s crack on with some signings.
Club are now saying they never approached the shit Craig Harrison lookalike anyway, fashun agents touting his name blah blah

It'll be Grayson once he checks out the Premier Inn Doncaster where he's currently on his jollies

All over for Pete Wild and the Wackyfaxes, it's never been more obvious the band would split when Barra came calling.

Wild will be sacked at Barrow before Christmas.

Never seen a more sackable face in my life.

You get the feeling they’re dragging it out past the early bird season ticket prices, get the suckers to sign up for another season of shit and announce some no mark manager shortly after.
