Cannot emphasise enough how much Potter and the rest of the backroom staff are earning their wage. Bilo was not wrong. Youngsters with no senior experience having to fulfil key roles, players having to play in positions they never have previously, going down to ten men after five minutes yet coming away with the win. This after being -£47m net down in transfers - conditions that would suffocate even the most seasoned managers. Kind of feel sorry for the bloke he's having to cut his teeth under such circumstances but he gives the impression he wouldn't have it any other way. He's like a real life FM.
