Must have been some research done with those sides like Preston in 1888/89 and the Wolves 1930s team!

Seems to be a few teams in there who liked to play dirty and get stuck in - yet people complain that is what is missing from the game at times with all the tika taka stuff.

Aye, as a neutral I really enjoyed those games. Not so many blood-and-thunder fixtures now is there.

Happy to observe Stoke, managed by Pulis, in the top 10, although they deserve to be positioned approximately 7 places higher.
