Rodrigo y Gabriela

Two Mexicans, two acoustic guitars. Love it, manages to be relaxing and exhilarating all at the same time. Mostly their own compositions mixed in with great acoustic covers of rock classics.

Dead Kennedys are absolute fucking heroes. Mixture of a searing contempt for authority and hypocrisy with the ability to write perfect punk records. Unashamedly political the lead singer and mastermind behind the band Jello Biafra once stood for the governorship of California.
This album is probably their rawest and imho their best. Short, sharp and dripping with righteous anger. Here are some highlights...
