Hartlepool win here for sure. Raj to run on the pitch at full time and set fire to a Deadpool mask.

Get the impression from Keates' interviews over the last couple days he knows he's on borrowed time.

We need to win this tonight after getting buggered by Torquay last home game, even if it's just to restore a bit of confidence again, we create chances galore in games and generally play some good football but have an absolute powder puff strike force and are still prone to a Keystone Cops moment at the back.

2-1 either way.

So, will Barnet be the first side not to knock at least two past the Linnets? Culverhouse looked pretty sick after the weekend, not so much with the scoreline as we all know that we have stepped up massively this season but I think the manner hurt him and lots of talk about experience without leadership and how we threw the towel in. That said we don't have many options to swap it round too much at the back although we did flirt with a back three at times last season without much success it has to be said. Only real certainty is this won't be a nil-nil

The only thing Raj is capable of running after are the corpses of his Covid ravaged old codgers who owe him 10k a year for the privilege of his doting, humanistic care in his therapeutic nursing homes.

Let us have the 3 points tonight. You need to give a bruv a little back now you are soon to depart us for MLS glory.

Can't see us winning this one at all. Hartlepool will have added impetus to get one over us after the news too.

Keates is a goner and the players are likely aware of that.

Anything less than a win tonight and Pembo should walk.

Notts County on Saturday looks like a nailed on defeat, so we need maximum points against Alty tonight.

Play like we did first half on Saturday - we win comfortably. Play like we have for the majority of the season and we inevitably lose by 1 goal. Time for this squad of overpaid losers to turn up and earn their coin.

If you’re a shit team playing us at home, it’s more like a nailed on win. We’ve already done Aldershot as part of our reunion tour of last year’s ridiculous away defeats, you’ll be next.

Your problems are much deeper than the manager. Cant think of anyone who would get anything decent out of your squad. Its very poor

Let’s see if the Boreham Wood and Grimsby wins were a freak or an actual turning point. Sutton seem to be doing well so a tough game and they seem a bit of a bogey team although we did win there last season. Not sure we will risk some of the players returning from injury or carrying knocks on the plastic.

The whole country will be glued to FlashScores* tonight to see if Hollywood FC get put in their place. Can I just remind people that they gassed up all their new siginings in the summer. Have a look at the Completed Signings thread. They signed a new great player every day according to the Wrexham lads.

Be interesting to see how Deano lines us up tonight, back four picks itself until Connor Stevens is fit. He and Kendai Benyu both had scans last week but no idea on progress. Midfield is now 3 from 4, with Ashley Charles not getting a look in so he may go out on loan for games soon.
upfront Dennon Lewis is the only main stay and the choice seems to be 2 from Lafayette, Emmanuel, Parish and Slew. Charlie Wakefield finishes his suspension tonight, but surprised if he gets straight back in on Saturda.

After his coming together with a post on Saturday hopefully Ben House won’t be fit to night for Eastleigh. After 2 clean sheets it would be nice to get a third, but score a couple more.

We could have picked Messi up and he wouldn't score under Keates.

We could really do with a win tonight to restore a bit of confidence after back-to-back Covid affected defeats against Maidenhead and Aldershot. Halifax don’t seem to score many, and have a few out - which likely means a nailed on 1-0 home win with a goal in the 80th minute, or something.

Hopefully we will stop the daft attempts at playing out from the back, and Cal Roberts will be fit to start.

Give him time pal. The club may get on a the crest of a wave and Keates could get caught up in it. Stranger things have happened.

I've got "Eddie Howe is trending in Wrexham" saved in my drafts if Wrexham lose but not sure I'll be able to come on this evening. Can a mod sort something out?

We've had to get Ryan Reynolds in just to try and compete with Stockport and their backers.

You're quite right - our problems are much deeper.

But a potential 6 points from 9 games - which is what I would expect if we do lose tonight - is unacceptable and should see the manager depart.

DB seemed to indicate from his Eastleigh preview that Charlie Wakefield was now available after the Halifax game was the end of his 3 match ban. I'd start Danny Parish over Jorome Slew right now (play the hot hand) but keep the remaining starting XI that won at Halifax.

Ashley Charles will probably be involved amongst the substitutes in the wake of Grant Smith's release, the team are really down to the bare bones at the moment.

Hard to judge Eastleigh based off that 45 minutes vs. Hartlepool with the wind and rain killing any chance of a decent spectacle.

Correct he is available, up front I would go with Lewis, Lafayette and Parish.

Sounded like DB was trying to bring in a new defender to cover Conor Stevens injury, so possibly a new face in the squad tonight?

Yeeees a first start for big Elisha Sam, the 6’6 Belgian from the Bulgarian league who doesn’t appear to have seen a football before. Go on, Eli.

Hartlepool should be 10 up. How are they this poor in the final third? Our defenders are all having mares.

Well 0-0 at half time, Jesus no offence but Wrexham are there for the taking.

We can't finish our dinner. Parkhouse offers nothing up front at all - soon to be consigned to the shit strikers thread.

No offence taken, we're rubbish. This is why no-one wants Keates here.
