I remember once we gave away another penalty as one was being missed due to a foul on the edge of the area but not for the attacking team to have one chalked off like this.

Absolute joke, you'd think one of the officials would have been able to tell the referee he was getting the rule book wrong. The refs seem to be getting worse each week these days, glad it didn't ultimately cost Newcastle.

This is what surprises me the most, people make mistakes but there are other people around who can correct him. I'm sure he's very grateful it didn't cost Newcastle too.
