Gotta say, I thought the game would be tighter, great result for the Barcodes, but a season to forget for Southampton. They are in trouble this season, though I've always thought they have done amazingly well to compete in this league despite the turnover of managers and players.

I've thought for weeks and weeks that Saints had more than enough quality to pull themselves out of the hole, sooner or later. But it just doesn't seem to happen, and the games start to run out. These last two games looked important and they've slipped by.


Sack the manager now and get someone, anyone, in for a short term bounce? That has to be the only choice now you'd think.
