RefWatch; Ref for Newport v Wombles game (played them 6 times, W2, D3, L1) is Kevin Johnson, 38, from Somerset. Second season as a FL ref, still sounds enthusiastic in interviews, but we'll soon knock that out of him, they all turn out like Trevor Kettle after a bit. Funny looking baldie with a funny sounding accent - if Jean Luc Picard fucked Wurzel Gummidge and they had a little boy called Kevin then he'd look & sound like this chap.
Busy guy, works as a property developer, and helps with flood co-ordinating in Somerset, so spends many of his evenings doing dirty, wet pumping action with lots of big West Country men with massive hoses (just like his mum). Suffers from a recurring groin injury, goes off injured quite often (most recently in the Pompey v Accies game on 6th Dec), so is quite used to vigorously rubbing his groin in a field surrounded by 22 men (just like his mum).
Reffed Wombles twice; 3-0 home win v Tamworth in 2010 (1Y), with Keds scoring two (loved that team, win or lose, the core of Seb in goal, Brett & Yak in defence, both Moores in midfield, Main & Keds up front, beautiful) & the 1-1 draw with Sheridan's old team in April (1Y) when Azeez scored the equaliser. Reffed Newport 7 times (W3, D3, L1, 20Y & 6R), most recently the 2-2 home draw with Pools in April. Hates the scum. Never reffed them. Hates them. Home win % is 50%. In 14 games this season he has given 47 Y & no R - low (big change from his Conference days when his card count was huge, with loads of reds).
Shots on target; Wombles 100 with 27 goals, Newport 78 with 24. Fouls; Wombles 261, second dirtiest to Stags; Newport 218, one of the cleanest.

AnagramWatch; Kevin Johnson = Knives On John.

Sadly, I think we will lose this one, although the players may want to make up for pissing off to Manchester last week, so a draw is a possibility. either way cant see a Wombles win.

I hope this will be the start of a new unbeaten run and will be a great way to head towards Christmas. 3-1 Newport.

Other than a change in the goalkeeper department I can't see Ardley making any significant changes for this game. So, same mistakes and the same gutless performance from the same bunch of underperforming wasters, that recently are conning a living by pretending to be footballers.

Newport victory, although I'll be happy if the team prove me wrong

A draw at best. I'm so glad that I can't afford to go to away matches, and with being away over Christmas, I won't have to watch that dross until the middle of next month.

Shea and Fuller back will give us a bit more solidity, but the majority of the gutless remainder will screw it up for us.

Talk about game of two halves. We could have been 3/4 up by half time. Blew a two goal lead last week and now this week sigh.
