Should've been 3 or 4-0 that, better team the whole way through. Don't half know how to make things difficult for ourselves, though.

Thought Hartlepool looked quite a tidy team going forwards, but shaky at the back.
For us, Shola is a real handful. He might be a bit of a lummox but he ties up a couple of centre halves every game and normally finds a lay off.
Special thanks to Gary Brazil. The best thing he's ever done for Notts is loaning us Grant whose four goals in six has gone a long way to getting us out of a very deep hole. Plus Brazil could well take Forest down too which would be a bonus.

I thought Hartlepool played well in patches, they obviously were on a high from their previous two games but as soon as Shola got the first, they went to pot and I assume reverted to type? Shame about the penalty, but what a strike by Grant, the goalie had no chance!
