Oldham 0-1 Bury

Shit game which we probably deserved a point out of. Bury weren't up to much but got the job done thanks to some lacklustre defending from ourselves. Leon Clarke is always a handful and we got nothing out of Peter ClArke. Looks like we should of had a penAlty for a push on poleon in the box but Im not surprised it wasn't given, that ref was a tosser yesterday. Never seen a side get away with just two yellow cards after so many fouls.


We are as good as down.

As I have said on another thread if Oldham would have had anyone of Kiegan Parker's quality up front you would have got a point on saturday. (perhaps via a belly flop but they all count). I actually thought you played some nice stuff. Lawlor looked good in net again, Oldham could have carried on for another seven hours and still wouldn't have scored though.
We did the job required and had we attacked you in the second half could have won by more but DF chose to sit on the lead. Even so Tutte should have put the game to bed with that blaring miss (second time in two league games we have missed glaring sitters of that ilk). Ah well, onwards to Crewe another game where alot of our fans will predict us to drop points.
