Not sure whether this will be of any interest to you, but a friend of mine has set his own Hydrographic Specialist business and it's booming at the moment.

Initially started with Alloy Wheels, Vehicle Interior Fascias, Helmets, Mudguards and other automotive parts, but he's also started to dip control pads.

Just an example of one of mine below:

Quite possibly. Although the pad may not be big enough for one Evans picture, let alone a fucking montage.
