How many points last season do you think you lost thru bad refs! Where do you reckon you would have finished if these had not been lost!

We might have gained better results against Norwich and Borunemouth away but then algainst Brentford enjoyed good fortune maybe twice...

Only one I can think of is our 0-0 draw vs Orient where we had a shot that blatantly crossed the line but wasn't given.

We would have stayed up! We had a perfectly legal ruled out at home to Forest Green which had seen us win that game 3-2 and acquire the two extra points required to stop up. The level of officating is widely known to be awful though.

Not necessarily, you're not taking into account any points that Welling were fiddled out of.

Lol, do not get Rotherham United Supporters or Steve Evans on this. The famous Quote of 'Some people don't want us in this Division', virtually collected our minds to achieve safety.

I'll go that we lost a conservative 6, plus the 3 deducted points.

We lost 2pts at least when Jack King headed one about 3 yards over the goal line and it wasn't given against Sheff Utd.

You forgot the day Fellatio Forestieri had a stroke on the pitch a metre away from an immobile Bakary Sako and was out of action for 17 months.

So let's make that good fortune three times....

To be fair, Evans was way out of line. Actually *nobody** wanted you in this division.

We were kept out of the play-offs on goal difference and who knows what would have happened in the last 2 minutes? Forestieri should have been sent off for a second yellow card for cynically fouling Sako AND shoving Sako in the face. Sako's sending off and a similar ridiculous red card (also rescinded) on van la Parra at home to Bournemouth were very significant moments in our season. With the latter one we were in the lead and strong and went on to lose the game.

Meanwhile the 'unsent off' Fuckoff Forestieri played significant roles in your subsequent wins at Cardiff and Wigan.

So yes, I'd say you had good fortune.

fwiw, what made the Forestieri situation worse was that the video clearly shows two other players backing Forestieri up to get Sako sent off. Hope your classy players do you proud diving, play-acting and cheating their way through the coming PL season.

We'd have won the league if it wasn't for those meddling referees.

Do you mean Reading at home (we didn't play Cardiff after playing you guys)?

Anyway its in the past and most of our fans recognise 1FF is a player who dives and was in the wrong

Don't players always protect their own in the heat of the moment? I suspect in private there was a word or two said - mind you again managers etc are so one eyed towards their own maybe nothing happened!

He might not get much playing time in the Premier league TBH.

I'm not going to comment since I'll just have a 5 page rant about how the referee cheated us out of the 2 Bournemouth games...

Actually, Dicko's dive against Sheff Wed

I don't remember any game in which Ipswich lost points as a result of poor refereeing decisions last season. I have no idea if that's because we didn't lose any or because I'm not as bitter and hung up on it as some people are.

It was a refereeing error which cost us wasn't it? We've done the Swindon thing to death now and I, for one, don't want to do it again but it did cost us.

We would have beaten Bristol City if the ref hadn't have missed Aylings catch in the box

We could've had a couple of pens in that as well mind, although admittedly your shout was by far the most blatant

The 2-0 defeat at Wolves. An absolute blatant red card for whoever the defender was whilst it was goalless, and yet he didn't even get a yellow card. Absolute nonsense.

That could have changed the game, although we were well in to being shit by that stage.

It wasn't a refereeing error, it was a clear red card.
