Expecting a loss, but it's Reading in the Cup so anything can happen.

I think i'll have to close my eyes every time Zaha and Bolasie run at our defence, won't be a pretty sight.

Sounds like Wickham is a doubt for Palace. Just need Bolasie to get injured getting off the Palace team coach. Think it will end up a draw.

Macclesfield Town/Manchester City. It's complicated.
Wondr what Pardew will have to say... 'There was contact'

Lets see what Pardew thinks of that pen decision.

I hope he just says 'last week you all told me that any contact was a penalty. There was contact. It was a penalty.'

Yes. It was. Unless a slight touch on one leg makes the other leg spasm like 50,000 Volts. He anticipated the contact and went down. He dived.

On a closer look it was physically impossible for him to keep standing. He had no choice but to go down. Just because he is a big lad does not mean he is immune to the law of physics.

Another pen where you can see why it was given but again the player made the most of it.

Palace deserved to win anyway.

That's it. Stop the football, we've failed again.

Wasn't at the game, but what the fuck was this all about?

The police/steward presence seemed very OTT. Maybe because of the actions of one or two fans last years QF?

The last 15 mins+ of the game, there was just a line of stewards in front of the away fans/Y25/Y26.

Also it was apparently a sell out, but the official attendance was about 1000 off. Seemed quite a bit of segregation around the away end which must have taken a few hundred off.

A complete over reaction is what it was. No point what so ever in the coppers standing in front of Y26-Y25. Had we won and people wanted to get on the pitch they would have just climed over further down the stand. Probably a reaction to the coin throwing in the last round and as Madejski has said due to last season's quarter final replay.
