Are you a female fan of a men's football team based in the United Kingdom (whether you regularly attend matches or not)? Would you be interested in sharing your experiences of being a fan as part of a study from the University of Brighton on the impact of football on well-being and the place that being a fan has in your life? I'm an MSc student at the uni and hoping to interview female fans of a range of clubs about their experiences. If you'd be interested in chatting about whats its like to be a fan, please send me a message and I'll send you details of the research project.

I'm a female fan myself (Reading/Lewes), and so I have a personal interest in this research (and will also understand what you're talking about)

Hi, I started watching football after I met my boyfriend.

I know this thread is old but I'm a female football fan since the early seventies. First park football then a ground hopper until my club Wimbledon/AFC Wimbledon chose me. Despite the horrible downs, Franchising anyone? It's been an amazing 35 years of supporting Wimbledon.
